The School Council designed and made the poster below to help us to stay emotionally healthy. Look below the poster to get some ideas of how to be successful with the 5 steps.

Your Ideas!

Getting Help
There are many ways you can make yourself feel better and get some help. Look at the display board in school outside the hall. As well as your
PSHCE lessons we are also starting Drop in sessions and a Reflection Box.
Drop in
You can talk to your parents, someone in your family or an adult in school at any time. If you want more time to chat, Staff Wellbeing Champions
will be in Mrs Tennant's room every Thursday straight after lunch (1.00 - 2.30)
Reflection Box
If you have any ideas about how to make school a happier place, or if you prefer to write down your ideas, worries or thoughts, you can post them into the reflection box in the library.
Staff Wellbeing Champions
You can talk to any adult at school if you have any worries or feel sad. Some staff are part of the Wellbeing Award Team and wear the gold star badges. You can talk to them at any time.
